Stryker is alive and doing well in Texas. It has been revealed that Stryker is living with Teri Serault's brother in Texas.

Teri revealed that Danielle misinformed her as the legal owner-ship of Stryker when asked by Danielle to find him a home.   Further Terri has requested and never received the court documentation Danielle implied granted her sole ownership of Stryker, realizing she has been used  as a tool in the thieft and neutering of  a dog that Terri neither owned or had the legal right to neuter/place.

Just another example of what Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green  is capable of.

Pictures will be posted in the future of Stryker with his caregivers. It is not known at this time whether or not Teri's brother is aware he has had in his possession a stolen dog. Teri has assured Nancy Elliott and Pat Capone that she would update her brother regarding Stryker.

Previously on July 23, 2005 - it had been posted  on RainSong Manchesters previous website that Stryker was deceased.

Efforts by Stryker's legal owners/breeder to find out the details of Stryker's death have been fruitless as Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green  aka Danielle Green of RainSong Manchesters refuses to reveal the circumstances of his death or take any responsible accountability for Stryker's death to Stryker's other legal owners.

** Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green's, RainSong Manchesters vested interest in this dog is a purchase co-ownerhip investment of $343.00 (this total investment also included all fees for his transport to California).

Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green , RainSong Manchesters has told persons that she purchased this dog for in excess of $1,000.00 (or more) which is NOT true.

Other listed co-owners Patricia Capone and Nancy Elliott have provided for his veterinary care, ear cropping, care, transportation fees (airlines), and entry fees at shows.

Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green , RainSong Manchesters has shown no regard for the vested interest of other Co-owners, she has demonstrated no accountability to these co-owners for the availability or accountability of this dog.

Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green  has breached her verbal agreement with the Breeder that all bitches to be bred to this dog must meet with the written approval of the Breeder Nancy Elliott. (Remember this should you decide to allow her to obtain a future Stud Dog from you).

No stud fees from bitches bred to this dog have been provided to the co-owners of this dog. These stud fees are outstanding and subject to a collection process.

If Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green , RainSong Manchesters disposedon this  dog, she has breached the verbal agreement that if she does not physically keep this dog, it must be returned to the Breeder and balance of co-owners.

If Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green  has  had  this dog neutered and placed through a third party by the name of Terri Serrault.   Danielle has breached the verbal agreement to obtain permission from other co-owners of this dog prior to an action of neutering.

IN Short,it has been the experience of Pat Capone and Nancy Elliott, that allowing Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green , RainSong Manchesters to co-own thier dogs has been a regretable mistake. Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green , RainSong Manchesters has demonstrated a total disregard of the co-ownership interests of other persons who have an equal co-ownership and vested interest in Trilogy Carpe Diem RainSong.
