Ch. Salutaire Dream Alone "Solo"  f

After months of attempting to contact Danielle by phone, registered mail and  private courier, Mrs. Patricia Copone resorted to engaging a law firm in Omaha, NE.

 Faced with legal action, as a result of a lawsuit filed by Ms. Patricia Capone, in Douglas County Court, Ne...... Danielle opted  to avoid a trial by jury  by relinquishing physical possession  and registered co-ownership of Ch. Salutaire Dream Along "Solo."

Solo was returned to Ms. Capone after the payment of a specificed amount of funds considered as a RANSOM PAYMENT to recover Solo.

Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green  has demonstrated she is incapable of honoring the Verbal Contract Agreements which allowed her (WITHOUT the requirement for a monetary compensation to Ms. Capone)  to be listed co-owner/co-breeder of a litter out of Solo based on the following terms:

• *  Danielle  agreed   to whelp a litter out of   Solo,  

  * Danielle  agreed to return  Solo  to   Ms.   Capone  immediately  if   she chose  NOT to   whelp Solo's   litter ,   without expectation of  any   monetary  compensation  for the    relinquishing of    her   (Danielle's)  co- ownership  interest in Solo.

  *** Lesson Learned, one must always get ownership/co-ownership's in writing and NOTORIZED when doing business with Danielle Roberts aka  Danielle Robert-Green aka Danielle Green of "Rainsong Manchesters.

Take this as FAIR WARNING!

The Term "Thief by Deception" should be be seriously considered with contemplating any business transaction dealing with Ms. Danielle Roberts aka Danielle Roberts-Green aka Danielle Green  of RainSong Manchester Terriers.

Especially if you are considering allowing her physical possession of any dog you have bred or own.    As demonstrated above, Danielle  of RainSong Manchesters does not honor  to her agreements.
